Relationships end in death, man...I reckon my mum could relate. My brother died in 2016, he was my half brother but never used the term. His father was an awful awful and to top it off he use to be a policeman, the type to use his badge for everything and a homophobe even though my brother was gay, honestly hated the man.
When my brother died, after few years went by, my mum told me that his death was the end of anything to do with his dad. She said it's sad but true, sad in a sense that he had to die in order for her to be free of him. I know she would never choose it but it was the truth.
