Have you read Sargent frog Kero Kero. its a fun comedy. not a fan of the English dub anime(the voices annoyed the hell out of me), but I have read the manga and fully enjoyed that if you have time, not sure if it's completed though I'm positive the 'aliens' won't take over the world so not too many cliff hangers that leave you on the edge of your seat ^^

I was on about volume 12 and just needed to have a break, but yesterday I read the last volumes.
It definitely went up on my favourite mangas... really good story, wrapped up nicely and wasn't like "oh we must also leave a happy ending even for the poor bad people" but wasn't all "bad people are doomed" either. Very open ended with "it's up to them if they want to get better or not".

It's interesting with yaoi... I've found as many really good ones as I've found some really off-putting. But yes, the ones I have liked had really truly moving storylines ╮(￣▽￣)╭
Same. I found ones that had a really good story... but was filled with heavy sex so I had to peak through my fingers
There's this one that I have definitely enjoyed reading, Blood Bank (it really does have a very interesting storyline) and even the very explicit sex scenes, I think the artist is REALLY GOOD at drawing bodies, so it seems like it's a manga with Adonis and Narcissus holding each other in all these different ways and some very well-defined glutes xD

I got impatient and read the spoiler forms. More so because every story has the FL forgiving or giving excuses about their abusers or they get arrested (step family members)
And it’s nice how when she gets on her own feet, she just leaves them.
She just leaves, there’s no revenge, just silence and a simple, ‘you made your bed and made it perfectly clear my whole life you never wanted me’ and based on the forms…

And I really like how recent chapters with he sister was, how she forgave her sister because the attack or poor treatment came more recent, But she apologizes when she finds out her sister (FL) cared about her, don’t remember if she still thinks FL killed her mom
And the Mom who died in the carriage, she is a person who cares. And from what I read it wasn’t that she was a half sibling to her children, it was how her husband treated her, if he could abuse her what’s stopping him from harming her kids (and really even poisoning his kids against the FL can count as abuse too) makes me wonder how sad the mom would be her boys became just like their father and brings us back to why she wanted to leave in the first place
It’s super rare to see the FL just walk away, I’ve read Harliquin stories and the Guy Always get the girl in the end even when the FL ahas a very good reason to walk away. Like seriously if a guy gets told one lie then based on that lie treats FL like trash and then force FL back with blackmail or no other choice who’s to say they won’t do it again. It’s frustrating.
