ok... i have a hunch ML is mido, and he thought he got abandoned by MC hence he did all this omega converting thing as revenge, he prob also did it on himself so he changed from an omega to dominant alpha. or maybe when he was younger he hasn't fully developed yet idrk. but actually MC prob didn't abandon him by choice seeing how desperate he is to find him, there's a misunderstanding somewhere ig.....
