There might be two possibilities, first is Enzo really did spiked his drink based from their little "no drink, no question" thing, he suggested that so... Second is that the guy who clings Rian from the start did it. But it wouldn't make any sense because he knew Rian will be talking to someone before hanging with him.. unless he didn't think the drink will kickoff so soon. Based from enzo's expression it can also be mean two things, he was shocked from Rian's accusation or he was shocked cause how he would know that easily. And that alcohol.. was it opened prior giving it to them? Or the ice was the one was spiked? We didn't have a close up scene when enzo gave the drink. But enzo looking at Rian before drinking is sus.. am I overthinking too much? But hey I hope he won't force himself on Rian. I think the pacing is good enough.
Additionally, Enzo saw Rian with that guy earlier... I don't know what goes through his head but I hope it's not something that would hurt Rian.
i think it was the guy. rian told him he might get stood up (that enzo might not actually come) and the chapter implies that rian waited a long time before enzo finally did show up, so it’s reasonable that the guy though rian was alone. also what he said walking in through the door was clearly directed at rian as if another person wasn’t there
I think the likelihood of the bar owner having spiked it is *significantly* higher than Enzo—you saw how he was toward Rian and how he thought he got stood up when Enzo opened the door
And also Enzo already said he wasn’t interested in sexual types of questions so he wasn’t in the mood for that initially anyways
