So surprised at how much I really liked this story. I was actually pretty invested since the 1st chapter. It may be a typical toxic relationship, but what set's it apart from some of its kind is how well developed and greatly portrayed the characters are. I'm so happy we didn't get a single sappy dialogue or miscommunications between the MC's, but rather them being so rational and mature with their words and actions. Both the MC's do things they want while still being thoughtful of each other. We get a puppy seme and a tiger uke and that combi always works wonders to my fluffy heart. And those chibis in between their sweet moments never fail to put a smile on my face, and somehow makes me forget how hard their beginnings were. Also, kudos to the translation. They made a huge effort to explaining some parts of the story and even shared a part of the novel for full context. It's clear that they love translating this as much as they loved the story. <3 :)
