Lemme just say after going through all of that I can proudly say this has to be the most ass story I’ve ever read. FL is so stupid and naive and the author desperately make her seem like this perfect person that stuggles with feeling insecure or some shit. Don’t get me started on how she ended up with the ML after spouting off shit abt divorce she still ended up with him and bear through not being able to divorce him for a year or so. Like if ur serious abt this miss girl she should’ve tried much harder . Also ML needs to be so fr like wdym oh! I mistreated my wife for 3 years but now that she’s a different person im soooo in love with her. And it took like 80 chapters for their romance to start getting somewhere and even then it lacks so much chemistry it’s actually so forced. Also I hate how Caleb and Joseph looks like both of them are so ugly every time they appear on screen I wanna projectile vomit. The only thing I liked abt the story is the duke and how he didn’t magically fall in love with her
Even compared to Rosetta like I genuinely think he’s the one that gullible and insecure which is why he have such a rocky relationship with the empress. By the looks of it I’m sure he was the reason why his brother died bc he did n’t save him and wanted to be the emperor. And the guilt is eating him up and he’s so gullible to be fooled by the courtesan like come on wdym she works in that line of work and is “pure” even thinking it logically there’s no way for a fallen noble women that’s blind and in a brothel to not resort to sex work like with their circumstances there’s no way it’s not possible ya know but what can I say men will be foolish and insecure and bring women down.
Basically his family is alive as I’ve read in the novel so far ~chapter 40-60 I wanna say I can’t remember but pretty much his mom and dad are alive so is his grandma but his grandma is “asleep” like in a coma state but that aside all of his family members are safe and also the they’re all pretty overpowered I would say and I think it might be genetics or smth ngl but pretty much he’s gonna continue saving ppl and growing the territory pretty much
