Can you guys help me find this manga?

I am trying to find this yaoi manga that I read awhile back, it might have been a oneshot. All i recall is that the uke was up on the roof smoking a cigarette and a guy comes up (Student council president or disciplinarian member??) who scolds him for breaking school rules. He takes the cigarettes from him and they end up having sex on the roof. Sorry I can't remember much else ><

I am trying to locate this yaoi that i read awhile back about two guys who i believe are some sort of mafia or yakuza. One has a black snake tattoo on him and usually protects the other guy but something happens causing the other guy to go ballistic and kick serious ass and it turns out he has a white snake tattoo on his back and is considered a deadly person. Sorry this.is so vague it was so long ago x.x
