I think this story should have been when the villians get their way and WIN BIG TIME... I can understand the Villain Dad's plan Avenge for his lover n child from the evil empress...he succeeded the empress but not the child...I think they could just gave him some fairness because isnt it his story more so like other stories we read so far...if it were on the other shoe wouldn't they have not done the same or even worse. THIS Villain Dad didn't get justice and even worse his daughter was killed infront of him and excuted him while crying. He lost everything unfairly I feel sad for the Villain's for the first time. Also not saying the FL should have went through all that but the one who did went through dies and this is not that one. Poorly executed story this is not well done story. The only good part of it was the FL AND ML relationship was an like no other.
Overall Guys ....even tho it's hinted they will end up together...THEY DONT END UP TOGETHER...its a proud moment for stories like this.....always feeling sorry for the villian story or their behavior but I am glad they dont end up.together i read the novel...also they did forgive each other...tho I don't understand why the other one asking for forgiveness, he does beczo

It’s still worth reading, ML does suffer. It’s not the stereotypical plotline these kind of stories follow, both character's change a lot
