No, no cheating whatsoever. The seme was just revisiting a memory that occurred before the two got together in the form of a dream. At the time he did not completely understand why the uke was so worked up over his bed-habits, but still felt bothered nonetheless, probably because he actually did carry feelings for the uke back then, but did not even realize it himself yet. After awaking to their present situation in which both of their feelings have been realized, it seems as though he does feel rather bad for having been ignorant of the uke's feelings back then, but still, it's not like he cheated or anything. They're living happily together now, so all is good ^.^
