Why do authors make female leads so weak? Is it so hard to just slap somebody, kick them, pick something up and throw it. Like, there's just no way I would have let shit like this happen to me. The sister came into her room- alone! No guards, no back up. Shes one person, MC can stand up to two grown as men but she can't do nothing against this one girl. I get she was abused but she wasn't this weak at the start. I got a stop reading these types of stories it's ruining my brain and killing my patience.

I get being friendly with one another but your lady is in a foreign country as a spoil of war. Shes a glorified hostage and your playing games with customs you don't understand??? Isnt her job to learn the proper etiquette? Only to dress her into something so revealing, a dress that would no doubt have people back in salle talking shit, but when she tells you its too much you tell her theres not other option?? The aphrodisiac part made me cry, its so bullshit mc had to go through that and ml has to feel like some beast of his leash because of the maid.
Obvi manwhas like these arent exactly known for their realistic depictions of time period accurate political relationships and exchanges but (where Im currently at) Mc should at least reprimand her behaviour if not for the sake of her relationship with ml than for the maid’s survival.
Felt so good seeing a comment that she is legitimately shady. The main pair are, as of right now, really satisfying imo despite the lack of communication. I like that he doesn't just assume the worse and even when he does he doesn't treat her cruelly. I hope everyone who stands in there way dies quickly and painfully. (づ￣ ³￣)づ
