I personally don't mind if people are >10 minutes late to an event/outing that I planned. If its just the two of us, they dont even have to let me know that they are running late until its been over 10 minutes! But after that I think a text or call from them is necesary and then I dont even mind waiting 20 minutes more bc i know they are on their w......
