I low-key good at writing rants but not essays. Make sense because they're two different forms but still!
Idk where I've read this before but they say people who are at the age of 18+ are expected to able to write an essay with 5 pages in 1hour, forgot the details why. In my case, I take about an hour to write 1 paragraph and I absolutely hate it. I am so frustrated everytime there's an essay activity like wtf am I gonna do?! I can't squeeze any idea out off my head and my seatmates is already at the back of their papers! How?!
I've done so many methods to improve my writing skills—yet none of them seems to work. I've watched tutorials, I even had a daily diary writing because they say it can enhance my lacking skills... Just what am I gonna do about it?
Although I can barely write an essay... I can make couple of poems and chapters of novels which I never published. What the hell is wrong with me?
Have you tried making an outline? When I write like that I like to bullet point any main ideas by paragraph/section and write based off those ideas. If your school has any kind of writing center take advantage of it, thats what theyre there for.
Anyways writing a five page essay in an hour is insane and borderline impossible. Just take it step by step and give yourself time to get the result you want.
Back when I was a high schooler, I used to love reading teenage stuffs, like everything circles around the highschool genre. Now, I find them hard to read. Maybe because it has something to do with age like things are not as relatable as before.
For me it depends on how the author writes it, there are times where I genuinely hate any hs stuff but if it invokes nostalgia n a takes me back to where I feel like I’m experiencing hs thru the MCs eyes it’s ok. But I prefer reading about adults.
A theory that someone might have already come up with. I just have a feeling that the chapter 666 will be a the major plot twist, like it's the chapter where Irina could become the demon king or the demon king's past and face will be revealed. Another hunch, it's the chapter where everyone will find out iruma is a human....
