And of course an Eldritch God, a daemonic God in his case, is evil. He doesn't have the moral standards of humans. He adheres to them now only for a show, in order to have mc. Mc was the only one unaffected in a dimension he controls, so she's the only one he could ever consider worthy of his focus.
I don't care if it's bl or straight, i just want a specific dynamic: I want ml to be a tough person that straight up bullies or treats badly his love interest because he can't admit his feelings. I want him to be violently possessive(low impulse control leading to threats or violence towards their interest or the people associated with them due to jealousy) even though he's not in a relationship with the person he targets. I want a dramatic, psychological story that will frustrate and anger me for the sake of mc and the unfair treatment they get from the pos that happens to like them. (Basically someone like that side character pos from Eighteen's bed).

Red Mansion (it's honestly such a good psychological read with a really possessive ml and doesn't stray away from discussing the Korean red light district, unregistered citizens and drug abuse which is also very interesting)
Beware the Full Moon in March (I'm ngl to you I personally read it is a psychological thriller in a lot of ways bc the ML fits p well with ASPD/maybe even Psycholathy but SUCH a well-written and truly manipulative (not cartoonishly so) character) - I genuinely love this manhwa bc it details how the top knows exactly what he's doing, how he's manipulating and hurting bottom and holy shit his analysis of bottoms character is flawless (like he talks about a lot of the concepts profs dicuss for my analyzing human behavior course), he is one twisted mfer but also so flamboyant (TW: violent rape, I had to skip bc it made me wanna vomit which is prolly the reason I don't see it as a romance manhwa)
The third ending (very cutesy but ML is one possessive and manipulative dude)

Hello, can you guys recommend some webtoons (or manga) that are romance (+others tags of course) with ml that is unapologetically a psychopath? Not someone that doesn't just start out as evil but is just misunderstood. I don't care if it's yaoi or straight, I'm okay with anything, smut or not as well(something that doesn't contain rape if possible.) I want someone that is kinda like Kang Moo from 'the beast must die'.

Just a speculation, but it seems that since Azathoth can't really comprehend mortal suffering, being an amoral God, he was initially just intrigued by her. She was the only human who truly saw him for what he was and somehow remained partly unaffected by the ever changing world under his control. Over time, though, he began to value her (forced) companionship. Not understanding how fragile the human psyche is, he assumed he could make her dependent on him, completely overlooking how human emotions actually work. Because of that, he didn't expect her to end up feeling nothing but hatred toward him.
When he finally realized what he had done, it was already too late. Trying to fix it, he likely erased parts of her memory and reshaped the world into something she would consider normal, hoping that, if he slowly revealed his true nature, she might accept him this time.
By human moral standards, he's clearly evil, and I don't blame her at all for hating him. (Honestly, I wouldn't have minded an ending where she somehow escapes, even if that's impossible given his omnipotence.) But from his perspective as a chaotic creator, morality is just another random construct, something that came into existence by chance through his creations. He does genuinely like her, just not in a way a human would and CERTAINLY not in a way that is favourable to her.
