I imagine the child became a zombie and Guwon will end up trying to eliminate it since he'll consider it a threat. This will create an adversity with the father and shit will break loose. Mc seems to be the understanding type so he'll try to defuse the situation, although the villagers will still find a reason to stand against Guwon whom they see as the villain. The author may surprise us and make the child lik Guwon although i doubt it.
