Ooh ok I can kinda? help with this? Honestly, Shimanami Tasogare is kinda one of a kind, so I can’t promise you that they’ll fill your itch.

- Bokura no Hentai is one of my favorite manga of all time. It features three “boys” who come together because they all like to dress as girls. One of them is gay and crossdresses because the guy he’s in love with is straight, another one is a trans girl. The themes in the story are heavy and I would give it a massive content warning - for rape, csa, abuse, transphobia, misgendering, etc. Also, one of the characters (not the trans girl) does not exactly have a happy ending, but it’s not in such a way that things couldn’t get better for him.
- Hanayome wa Motodanshi is an adorable autobiographical manga about a trans woman and her husband
- Wandering Son, while I have yet to read it, is likely in this category.
- The Girl That Can’t Get a Girlfriend is a currently ongoing autobiographical webtoon by the artist Mieri Hiranishi about her realizing she’s gay and her struggles finding a girlfriend (especially because she is butch and is more attracted to butch women), you can read it on her twitter!
- My Brother’s Husband / Otouto no Otto is another one I haven’t read but heard it falls into a similar category? Be warned that you probably don’t want to go looking at his usual content tho, it’s standard geikomi stuff (which means. very nsfw and more... niche fetishes)
- Love Me For Who I Am is a manga by Kata Konayama with a non-binary protagonist who is accepted for being non-binary - also haven’t read this one yet

Try reading a new genre maybe. I always try to read yaoi, shoujo, fantasy, action/adventure, isekai, etc etc. Gotta mix it up or you’ll get bored. Read Solo Leveling if you haven’t lol.
