As someone who also bit someone I was... engaging with, I get you so much. The difference being that I made them cry, y'all I felt so bad. We had already talked and stuff and set limits but they underestimated my actual biting. I felt so frustrated because I specifically wrote out like, nibbling, vs sucking, vs biting and marks and felt like they lwk didn't think it important to even check? I was so disappointed. They were so cocky about being able to 'take it' that I was like....surely it's fine? I tried so hard to properly communicate (づ￣Д ￣)づ
