Is that thing somehow connected with the pig? Why did the doctor ask him to control himself? Or was that thing a human? I have nothing against tentacle por and monsterfucking, braids and spiders hybrids, giant aliens, deformed demons and etc, I've read it all, but THAT THING was outright disgusting.
