Not every story on this will technically be about sports, BUT, 
will at least have at least one sports player or athlete in it lol. 
Also will include sport adjacent activities like dancing, fitness 
etc.
* : means that one or both of the MCs is some form of athlete but it’s more of a character trait than a plot point. 
** : A sport/athleticism is the main plot point of the story.
*** : barely counts as a sports story, but I added it anyways. MC enjoys a sport, but it’s not really a plot point

WARNING: The majority of yuri here will have sex as I love tasteful sexually explicit stuff, including Futa as long as the pp is a normal size and the plot is actually good. A few choice ones aren't sexual in nature but feature a strong plot, amazing characterization, and great writing. 

But these are some yuri that I've read & find tantalizing, sexual, story driven, complex, & artistically sound. As someone who's picky, I will only include yuri that resonate with me.
