make it literally inaccessible to you. delete the app, delete your accounts, block the sites, and even hide the code somewhere you'd easily forget, etc. being addicted means you'll find yourself reaching for porn out of habit, but being unable to access it prevents you from going further. in the meantime, keep yourself busy with other things/hobb......   reply
