the author is not condoning rape or using it as a plot device. they're showing the toxic relationship jiho has experienced during the last 6 years. how this predator uses his insecurities and lowest moments against jiho, physically restrains him and indulges himself (by forcefully sexually assaulting jiho and getting turned on by nonconsent), and is constantly crushing his mental and physical spirit....he preyed on jiho as a minor and SAd him when he was an adult, intoxicated + mentally unwell, and continues to harm him knowing that jiho does not want this relationship and loves another man. it is SO difficult to escape this type of relationship especially when jiho has had no one in those past 6 years and it is hard for him to open up to yujun about everything. so idk why you guys are saying the author is weird or blaming jiho for not speaking up when the author is portraying an abusive relationship and how jiho is SO broken and unable to get out of it....you guys dc since this is fictional but there are several of people who experience this in real life and you guys blaming a fictional character who is clearly a victim is so wrong. jiho has always been a victim, preyed on by older men and having no good adults around him as a minor, and these are unfortunate circumstances he's experienced due to his terrible childhood....he's so complex and I'm sure he'll grow and be able to get out of this but it takes TIME!!! and a good and complex characters cannot change within 2 chapters so if u don't like it, LEAVE
