One thing that stood out to me was from Kaminari's conversation with Yaomomo, when he asked her if "he's worried with Deku and everything's happening from that time, does it mean he doesn't trust him?"
From then on, I realised that Deku can't give the assurance All Might gives when he fights. "Like All Might can do it, that's why I'm rooting for him." He was not that, Deku pushes you to hope—to believe, "rooting for him makes you act for a change" through his example, that you as someone less could also be great through your own ways.
"Plus Ultra" means so much to me now. It doesn't mean going beyond your own strength but rather going beyond together with each other's strength. I super love the word they keep repeating "connected hope" like a chain of light from one person to another, making it shine more brighter. Plus Ultra for me is that connected hope. "Every person's prayer could be someone's Miracle"
I understand why All Might said that Deku was his greatest hero. He saw the "strength of hope" in him.
