Idk but anyone else here feels uncomfy when main characters travel back to the time when they were a child and still romance a person they clearly know in the future? Like even if its a “after we got married, he left for war and came back when he was 18 years old”. Cause If its me, if i go back to the past with a brain of an adult and see a child version of a man i was attracted to or simply someone i knew, i dont think ill ever feel like falling in love and stuff like, all our memories together are gone, i basically am raising you right now since im the mature and older person in this position, like yeah im in a body of a child but am an adult and youre literally a kid, it just always bothers me while reading these stories with high ratings yet then I remember that “this character watched this romantic interest grow up or youve met when he was so young, how do you not feel weird about that?” isnt it grooming or sumthing?
