I said the same thing but everyone told me that he’s an esper and a bullet wouldn’t be fast enough since espers are faster. Personally, I’m still on team blow the building up with him inside of it or lock him up or whatever they do to espers that are on the verge of going berserk and then kill him. A double dose of elephant tranq should work to knock him out. The issue is how to put it into him without him noticing or reacting…
