I do think he should die. He’s killed so many guides in order to get their espers and he’s assisted in heinous crimes with his “father”. I genuinely think the world would be better without him or his father in the picture. But I do know how it feels to have a parent just not give a crap about you and that HURTS. My own mother told me she’d help me die when I was struggling with mental health. I ended up living with my dad the next day since she called the police on me and they agreed with the doctors that it was safer for me to be with my dad than a mother who didn’t care. So I do get it and I hold empathy for it but I also didn’t become a puppet to gain her love and affection and I didn’t murder anyone so it’s kinda hard to properly sympathise and empathise with someone like that.
