I still love him. He’s eldritch horror but he’s a good husband. Honestly, if this happened to me irl where a monster was stalking me and changing events and those around me, I would be so freaked out but if it was just the case of I saw a dude and liked him and turns out he’s an eldritch horror, I’d probably still like him so if I only knew him as the love my husband, I would have no problems. I think what makes this sadder is that she KNOWS she has these memories and she can almost taste them but whatever he did to the whole universe has changed it. It’s the Mandela effect but a person is controlling it. It’s soooo well written that even reading it, I’m getting tripped up.
