So, I'm doing an assignment on novel marketing and I wanted to know how many people here would want to read a novel/novella with similar themes that you find in yaoi/shounen-ai. Basically, a plotline just like any you'd see on here, but without the art and in a book form. This would really help me out! Thankyou! Feel free to comment questions or specific opinions! Otherwise, just downvote or upvote please!
hmm only read a few books like that
"call me by your name"
"the genteman's guide to vice and virtue"
'Simon and the homosapien's agenda"
and some short stories like "the confusion of sentiments" by Zweig
I'd love to read more but they need to have a good plot you know?
oh and I also read bl fanfiction all the time on ao3 and some are as good if not better than actual books.
Hope this helps :D
I'm so gonna check out the books you mentionned! thanks!
also, I actually listened to "the gentleman's guide to vice and virtue" audiobook and let me tell you, it's devine! the narrator is British and he did a terrific job! Not sure if you're a fan of Harry Potter but the narrator is actually the guy who played Tom Riddle in the second movie...
hope you find and enjoy the book!
It's like a crime thriller mystery about someone who moves into a new apartment and there's a criminal next door? and a police detective is involved??? But there's a twist at the end? Sorry I couldn't say more, I think the main criminal is tall with short dark hair?
Something like this http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/akegata_ni_yamu_ame/bt/232850/Vol1_Ch1/1/
The twist is the criminal wasn't a criminal, and it was the police officer jumping the gun
the memes for this are just too fucking goooooood, ahahahahahahah
