god this is so conflicting. i love love loveddd this story but timeskips are such a cheap plot progression tactic imo. there's a billion other things you could've done but you had to go with the most basic one that EVERYONE else does. i keep forgiving authors who do timeskips because "maybe it'll get better later" but it NEVER does. it's always the same misunderstanding, timeskip, brief makeup, back into the relationship, then another misunderstanding and then permanent relationship. i really thought this one would be different. i'll keep reading cause i really do love the art style but the timeskip really pissed me off bad. i wish bl manwha authors found a new tactic for plot progression. like WHY 4 years SPECIFICALLY? it doesn't add to the emotional appeal, it's just confusing. and so many years as well? ugh i don't mean to complain i just really dislike when authors do this.
