Found this, saw it's still ongoing, jumped ahead to the novel first (thanks to those who shared!), and it is gold! The plot is plotting and BL is just the cherry on top.

I really liked Heechan's character development; from highschool, to now and then with Gae Bucheo. I also like his principle on money!! I'm glad he's got responsible adults that helped him from straying.
ML is the usual ML: strong-er, bigg-er hmm, smart-er (street smart not book smart cos come on), never loses-duh and always one (or multiple) step ahead of MC.
