As a person involved in the medical field, specifically neuropsychiatry…this actually does explain everything. I’ll go on to say that it’s actually commendable that he grew up with a successful career, no serious illlegal behaviors, and a rather…decent moral compass. It doesn’t justify him being a horrible person to Dr. Dan and it never will but it DOES explain why he is the way he is. He’s had a very difficult, very traumatic start to his life.

I repeat: it DOES NOT FORGIVE his actions towards Dr. Dan. Just because you’re hurt doesn’t mean you can go on to hurt other people. But IT DOES EXPLAIN why he’s such a sh1thead. His Daddy Issues are nuclear, so to speak. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
