Maybe hate is a strong word but I feel like a lot of kr bl forget the main characters are supposed to be teenagers especially teenaged boys, I noticed this especially after reading fake slackers and wait for me after school (absolute peak btw) and realized those two wrote teenagers like teenagers, but a lot of popular highschool bl manhwa is 6’5 alpha who looks older than the teachers and 5’3 petite twink

When reading Korean manwhas do you guys convert their ages or just pretend it’s not in Korean age, bc Korean age adds 2 years which is why a lot of manwhas put an emphasis on how young a “20 year old kid” is bc they’re actually freshly 18 im used to kpop so it automatically converts in my head

In my opinion 19 days is the easiest to reread, the plot is light and funny and since the chapters are shorter it’s easier to not remember every detail so I’m not bored rereading

Whats a manwha/hua/ga you read and loved reading but can never put yourself through the experience of re reading it again, for me it’s Radio storm and truth or dare, for radio storm I literally couldn’t put it down while reading it and even with the happy ending I felt like a piece of my soul was gone like I couldn’t think properly for DAYSS and for truth or dare the plot twist was so sick I wanted to cry and can never put myself through it again

If you all read danmei what’s the best one you’ve read and what’s it about? For me it’s I became god in a horror game, not only is the plot amazing enough that if you took out the romance it would still be amazing, the main character is my favorite type of character, Bai liu has low morals low empathy and a money obsession the the point he was forced to go to three psychiatrists his relationship dynamic with the ml is so cute too, like bai liu is def the husband in the relationship and the ml (won’t reveal name for spoiler reasons) is the wife
