I get this feeling that sukuna will most likely be a free man. He will admit to his actions but not receive a death sentence. I feel like higu curse will set him free most likely because sukuna is just that much of a threat. But if I’m wrong (hopefully) sukuna would either way not get killed but he’ll break the domain killing higu and fighting yuji one on one
