Does anybody know this one??

Office workers. I think one is a manager/ supervisor (senior) and the other is a newbie. The senior dude has a thing for chests...like buff? It's a secret of his...I don't think he's gay in the beginning, until newbie starts wearing fit shirts to show his pecks and muscle because he found out about the senior dudes secret, as a way of getting revenge for being picked on by the senior at work.
I think the reason why the senior guy dislikes him was because of how everyone likes the newbie? Not too sure ...and i think it's a Japanese BL... probably in black and white

All I can remember is that its an office romance.
I think one of the character is the uke (he's not fem looking btw) , who likes big chests or buff bodies(?) but I don't think he's gay. He's got this strict attitude towards this junior at work probably because everyone likes him for his likeable personality.
The junior later finds out his superiors weakness and purposely wears a fitting shirt to somehow take his revenge (?)
