Ok the ML really tried to stop the misunderstanding as soon as possible (which is a first) and the self doubt arc will still play out and I think it’ll have a better resolution. There’s nothing I hate more than when the ML does act like a piece of shit and then the MC has to go through self doubt and then HAS TO APOLOGIZE to him like the guy didn’t cause it in the first place.
