TL awful, pages in wrong order. Lots of mistakes I can't make sense of it.

In flashback of when they were kids it was her as her past self before she died and went into matildas body but now they are saying the flashback was matildas body and original owner when she was young? is this TL mistake or an author mistake? Because the flash back even shows her eyes are purple (so not matilda but her prior body)

ch24 says she is 2 years old which is 24 months. But chapter 28 says she is 18 months old? Are the chapters in the wrong order or is it a TL mistake?
