I see a lot of mixed feelings about the chapters that feel like fillers without progressing the story but I personally like them. It also may be necessary to progress the story but we haven't noticed yet until it gets there. Also I think the whole business is leading up to a huge event or arc that will progress the story a lot so it is worth the wait
