To be honest, I understand why Jaeyi did it, though it doesn't mean that what he did wasn't wrong, it's just that I bet it's the only way he could think that will hurt Mooyoung, the same capacity as his pain. Does that make sense? Like, he probably think he can't hurt Mooyoung any other way since Mooyoung was only trying to avoid the lawsuit? He can't hurt him emotionally since Mooyoung to Jaeyi wasn't inlove and he think he was made fun off, that everyone thinks he's stupid and probably now disillusioned. Though, what jaeyi did was wrong, I can't hate him. It was meant to be messy from the start since Mooyoung literally scammed him.
But like it's not that deep, it's just a manhwa, everything is fine, no one was hurt. And again, it's just a manhwa.
