It’s honestly kind of a while before he gets his memories back. If i recall correctly out of the roughly 250 novel chapters there are I think he gets it back around 150-175. I could remember wrong though because I did binge it… but there is def some stuff happening with the whole hwaidome project thing (I think like 3 or four “challenges”) before he remembers everything.
stalker guy does get handled relatively quickly I think. not killed but like seriously impaired and also lowk disappears for other reasons stated a lot closer to the end.
