okay hear me out, tbh I thought the story was fairly realistic in the behavior of the characters, yes the seme seems to be to understanding in his forgiveness, yes the uke has a abusive and mean demeanor but there's alot of people actually like that irl. they both have their own laws and issues but they slowly worked thought them in the story and the progress from the main story and side stories showed what both characters were thinking and going through.
