The emperor like him since he was also a young kid. I don't see this as a grooming, because i don't think emperor plan to groom him but rather just trying to courting him, failed miserably tho lol I don't understand why ALL the large age gap always title as 'grooming' nowadays and its like y'all youngsters (i say that when i am also only in my 20s lol) just throw around buzz words without understand the meaning.
