He’s the brother of another Hunter that Jinwoo killed, so he’s seeking revenge for his brother.
- Jiwoo kills his brother in chap 24 (OMG so weird seeing again Jiwoo's face at that time).
- We see his face for the first time at the end of chap 34.
- He arrives in Korea to kill Jiwoo in chap 47 to 52, but that's not really important since Jiwoo is in the red gate so they don't even meet...
- And then there is the incident with Jiwoo's father in chap 60-61 and 64
