She’s a vampire because she’s forever immortalized in his movies. She’s, realistically, dead way past their “reunion”. But that wouldn’t be a fun movie, wouldn’t it? There needs to be a “pinch of fantasy” in there… He constantly edits the movie past her death because she always lingers, haunts the narrative. In order to move on and live more positively in his life, even through all the losses he experienced, he must explode or finally demolish the pent up grief that has been holding him back mentally. That’s why he explodes buildings at every end.
Also love how the manga’s panels are formatted like film negatives. They’re strips, narrow and cinematic aspect ratios, and are stacked from top down.
Oh- so that’s why Inseop is portrayed as a lawyer. He’s the twisted “justice” system that will give retribution within a twisted society/group, especially within a place that tolerates or enables these types of behaviors. This makes sm more sense now
LOL this is the slowest of burns ever but I love it. It’s the journey, we all know the direction of the destination alr. And I love the cinematic-like stills where they don’t say stuff, but their eyes and expressions do instead. Gimme that show, don’t tell, slowburn shit; i love this shit (▰˘◡˘▰)
