Everyone dissing on Dan saying he is stupid for falling for jaekyung, but yall gotta remember that Dan is a lonely person. He never experienced any sort of affection by someone, besides his grandma, in his entire life. We don’t see that he has any close friends to rely on for help so he was always on his own trying to support himself and his grandma. Deep down all Dan wants is someone to show a little kindness and consideration towards him, so obviously he’s gonna start to overlook the fact that jaekyung is toxic and literally took advantage of him and focus more on “the good deeds” he has done for him since no one in his life has ever been considerate enough to help him like how he has. In this entire situation I think it’s just sad, it just shows that jaekyung “good” actions was the most genuine he had ever received in his entire life which says a lot. He’s just blinded, that’s all. If the actor had found Dan before jaekyung did then things would have been better for Dan tbh. Dan just deserves better I hope Dan can finally find happiness soon.

Tbh just makes Dans story all the more tragic, he’s never received and quite literally can’t recognize what a healthy relationship should look like outside of his relationship with his grandmother. I honestly hope he finds someone better although I know hes inevitably going to end up with jaekyung
Reading this back in 2018 and having this series be my first omegaverse bl to read was very amusing and also wack. As I kept reading it I was like “what the fuck is alpha and omega???” Honestly the whole fucking story was shit and I was confused on everything that was going on, but as I kept reading I was like ok when is this going to end cuz it kept getting repetitive in the main story but as soon as I thought this story was gonna end the author decided to add side characters and I just kept thinking why is the author milking this story so bad omfg just let it end already. Even as I say all of this I never dropped it and always come back to read it. Anyways reading this for 5 years I got to say that I’m glad the author decided to improve on the characters cuz I would have been terrible if they didn’t. This story will be nostalgic to me and this does feel like the right ending to this story as well, knowing that their love is there.

I think it’s quite close, so you could follow either depending on what you like the most, the Novel has extra details and the manhua is also detailed but gets more to the point. :)
It's better to read the novel as well since some parts gets cut off and will give more context to some characters plus some inner monologues of some characters that might not get included... there are only minor differences but pretty much the manhua follows the novel.

This novel is so good, I literally was nonstop crying bc of how heart wrenching it made me feel. It’s really a masterpiece bc of the way things turned out. The guy is a piece of shit but I liked his development throughout the story. It’s been years since I last touch the manga but rereading it again definitely was worth it.
