that's fucking insane. hell nah. it's not even that they're trying to say that " oh, bc of the way he's raised, he turned out like this" as an EXPLANATION to his actions, it's fr they're saying it as JUSTIFICATION and i think that's crazy.
I'm not saying this to shit on people with issues, im telling you people it's stories like this that portrays people with understandable trauma as shitty fucks who's selfish. sure can people just be assholes? yea, but when that happens you don't suddenly pull out the "i was traumatised as a child" card as a defense. you apologise for your actions, then you repent.? like everyone else when they fuck up? like fuck ups are normal and human, even. but trying to say it was caused by ur trauma instead of owning up to it IN YOUR BIG ADULT AGE IS INSANE.
