Both sides are very miserable. Both of them are grieving. The ml's grief ain't that shown but imagine waking up to your family just gone and your recent memories are gone aswell. Then there's the mc who never got a break an had to continuously work while struggling and grieving.
I really can't blame no one cause they're both at their breaking point. They need a support system but not each other because they're both broken. Unfortunately they don't have that
