Just read the novel, seriously if you have a weak heart and aren't into twisted kind of story I think it won't be your cup of tea

Spoilers/Trigger Warnings: the novel contains Dead Dove don’t eat,
……..
HumanXBeast(wolf/dog) grape/pregnancy, child gang grape and trafficking, body horror in the priest being castrated and trafficked as a child.
I was caught off guard need to let others know where this story goes :(
Ending spoilers, main pair dies, knight is “married”to evil duke, dies protecting innocent people, duke dies from curse. They meet in the next like as (duke) human boy (knight) wolf/human cub. And the dragon whisks them both away to live a new life. Dark dead dove. ;_;

the author really goes with public demand I guess because she really forget the real story is about The disappear of Jian Yi and the secret about his life
now the side and lead couple have changed ┑( ̄Д ̄)┍

Right? I mean I'm loving all the chapters + maybe it needed a break from all the angst. But I really hope they will pick up the main story soon. I'm so curious to see how the situation between Jian Yi and Zhang Zheng will develop. I think that at this point it's time to shift attention to them, cause it's clear that things have more or less stabilized between Mo and He. While for the main couple it is still only Jian Yi who goes after Zhang

Lmao I feel like I'm on kpop tw!tter after this comment. I don't think any of us would be reading this work, would have read 400+ chapters, if we didn't love all four characters. What does popularity have to do with the progress of a story? Unless you're confirming what @winna said in their first comment, that the author is distorting the story for fan service.
As I said, personally I'm loving these chapters but it's clear that we're at a stalemate regarding what the actual plot is. The entire webtoon began with Jian Yi returning home after two years of him being reported missing. And as much as I think this moment of pause from the angst is also necessary, I hope that soon there will be an outcome for the other couple and in general we can move forward with the actual story.
Honestly the bitter one here seems to be you, bitter because we are pointing out the fact that two of the four main characters (who don't seem to interest you much) have been left aside.
I really think the author already forgot the original plot
I've been reading this since i was in 8th grade, and from what i remember, the plot is basically multiple timeliness happening at the same time
each one with it's own main problem
Yes lots of time skips and plot holes to be filled. I wonder how much longer this will go on or if we’ll ever get to have these timelines explained in depth. Idk where we are tbh i would reread but this shit is like one piece for BL fans.
Just feels like her heart hasn’t been in it for a WHILE now… like a couple of years while. It’s so rare to get an actual plot driven chapter now? Just as it was getting into the meat of the subject too
i think you can see a lineal plot if you connect the episodes that talk about each character story. For what i remember and has been shown, rn we're in the future timeline - he tian plot. Cause we were left in a point of his childhood story were his brother threatened to hurt mo if he tian didn't travel aboard, and now, about 5 or 10 years later he's back.
idk, but it seems like all over the place. How do I say it... Most updates are anime filler where the actual manga plot is left behind. Cause it is just random sweet scenes
Sorry, I know as a reader I can't be entitled enough to complain, author has every right to create whatever she want, but the feeling of a good story going astray is just so sad
yeah, i get what you say, it's because the author is writing in a semi episodical way, but instead of finishing a timeline, we jump from past to future, to present and stuff. Maybe if we stuck to a single period of time, catching the plot would be easier but it's also about getting used to it and remembering certain things that happened A LOOOOOONG time ago into the story. But that itself it's hard.
