I‘m shocked or more disgusted actually. Most would readers would probably also think wtf and also angry at the brother. But I would go back to the roots of the problem and it’s the author. Maybe these kinda stuff are also triggering me, but i mean what does make the author think that would be a good problem or in general good for the story? And their definition of the omegaverse, that of you have a sibling that are alpha and omega and that they can influence each other is disgusting for me. I like this webtoon in General, but the season finale is just bad for me and I’m disappointed with the author.
im never one to defend an author/story on the basis of "fiction=/reality" bc i dont believe in that.. but you gotta let people write problematic things... characters arent real people, theyre narrative devices, and graysons character being This antagonistic only serves to further the story and make us feel empathetic for chase.
ofc if ur compelled to call on the author and question their morals, all to u.. but for me i find it interesting that they bring up the case of rape and incest between siblings in omegaverse because it diverges from our common perceptions of how these types of stories are usually written. not in support of it, of course, and it doesnt seem like the author is romanticizing it either and is making it into a traumatic situation for chase.
I know that every author has different rules about omegaverse, but isn’t it common when the omega is marked that only their partner can smell the pheromones? Therefore only Chase can smell him and his colleagues not or am I wrong in this webtoon?
If i remember correctly, for this author’s version, since Chase is the one who marked Josh—Josh will only be affected by Chase’s pheromones, but if Josh will later mark Chase as well, then only both of them can smell and be affected by e/o pheromones.

I can see why his dad made the decision. And I like that it’s kinda „neutral“ or you could say everybody has different opinions about this. But I jush hate this kind of situation where people get sick and doesn’t want their loved ones to suffer with them, so they leave them. But at least he said he didn’t regret it so it makes not so much angry/sad about his situation. On the other side I love the fact that Ho and Haebom are trying to do the opposite and kinda „suffer“ together and not letting the other one alone. This makes me really happy :3
Yeah agree .. the very usual outcome for illness -troupe is either hide it and die while being together or hide it and ghost the other...they are just thinking their side of the story...they didn't try thinking if the one who's sick is not them but their partner.... would they want their partner to leave them too?

That's my theory too! I remembered they mentioned visiting her grave a few chapters ago, so my guess is that Ho will learn her name at that moment and will like "That's it!"
For me it was just a random thought that came to my mind at the scene when their were writing their names. But with example it would make it so much more sense or more high chance. And visiting the grave with the father! I think Ho and Haebom would take this name to also honour his mom! (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
