For real, this could have just been a cute love story, but the author had to bring up the evil grandma, but instead of resolving anything from the original plot or having Byul learn about it and emphasize with his mom, instead abuse is glossed over and the dads betrayal to go behind Hyesungs back is glossed over. Like wtf. If you gonna make me hate characters that I’m supposed to like in this story, why bring this bullshit up in the first place??
