1."Why care what other people say?"
Doyoon, you immature fuck, if your partner isn't willing to answer any of your questions about their past OF COURSE it's gonna make you fucking insecure.
AT THE VERY FUCKING LEAST you should tell them your reasons or reassure them! Are you insane?! If you don't tell your partner, they are gonna hear it from other people, obviously!
Key word is COMMUNICATION.
ALSO, I get that Mc was dating that dude for fun at first, but if he caught feelings and the other dude is just playing around, He 10000% should break up and stop wasting his fucking time! THAT'S FUCKING COMMON SENSE.

Okay, since the story is framed in a pretty confusing way, here's what I can tell ya all do far:
Mc was a half blood vampire, who is adopted by a vampire hunter(his stepfather) and trained as a vampire hunter himself-his stepfather ends up dead at the hands of a blue vampire(later revealed to be wisteria, the semes 'brother')
Mc's father had always warned him to not fight against a blue vampire-probably cause he knew mc wouldn't win but because mc is so enraged by his stepfather's death, he decides to not listen and chase down all the blue bloods he sees.
This causes him to encounter the seme and pique his interest-from what I can tell the seme had met Mc once before the events of the first chapter-the seme needs a bride and since the mc is interesting to him, he kidnaps mc telling him that if he doesn't fall in love with the seme until the flower withers completely, he will become his bride.(basically a week?)
The coffins under the floor basically signify all the 'brides' before mc-So, if the mc 'loses' he gets to spend eternity in one of those coffins.(Yippey, :D)
The rules for the game might be confusing to some since the seme claims that the mc 'loses'-personally, I think this is to signify the fact that the mc lost his mind rather than the mc actually falling in love with seme.
This is already too long so I'll stop here, feel free to ask if you didn't get something.

For those who might have missed it, the seme hated his family's values of valueing only alphas and so since a young age he kept tabs on omegas to be his mate in the future so that he could give a little fuck you to his family-the uke came under the semes radar because seme was impressed by how straight forward and strong minded the uke was-he was basically looking for the perfect omega that could bring down his alpha elitist family.
Atleast, that's what he planned before he started actually falling for the uke after dating him for some time.
The uke comes to know the truth from the semes ex that the seme had been keeping files on each of the omegas he dated and that seme had essentially been telling him *white lies* (atleast that's what the seme calls them)
And the rest you can probably understand by yourself.
Personally, I found the concept intriguing-there was certainly more potential to explore the workings of a more sociopathic seme who seems to see using people as nothing to be concerned about as long as they never know who falls into his own trap by actually falling in love, but the ending was rushed really badly and the climax was really weird.

This stalkerish behaviour of seme is is quite unhealthy. His white lies were quite scary tbh. And he's red flag because he's whimsical. He gives a high moral reason like finding an omega who can fight off stereotype of his family's elitist mindset. But how is he any different from them, considering how he's also looking for an omega that suits his family type?
Like Damn, Ml's friends are the OG homies fr fr
