I'm sorry it's not the best recommendations but I don't usually read historical bl. And there's even fewer with uke having power. This are all on my list though and I can promise they all start quite well. Not sure about the endings since some are ongoing. And while I know it's not all Murim type historical bl they're historical in the sense of emperor and castles. Last ones kinda like historical jack the ripper London vibe.
