is there any need to make the ml this toxic? their conversation sounded so overly melodramatic when it was fundamentally just a matter of protecting the mc and their child from the rest of his family. he could’ve just taken the kid from the mc without marrying him and carried on living his life regardless of them being mated but he didn’t so i don’t think he’s got evil intentions.
